Ties that Bind Quilt
Ties that Bind

Be intrigued with the color and design potential of this simple block.  The Bow Tie has been a favorite of quiltmakers for over one hundred years.  You can translate your original ideas into quilts.  Quilltmakers are bound by a collective understanding and appreciation of traditional work.  These Bow Tie quilts will be a link in an unbroken chain that began in the 1880’s.  The dimensional center of the bow adds extra interest.

Dancing Stars

Start with the traditional Rail Fence pattern using three or five fabrics.  Add a slash of contrasting fabric, making a star when four blocks are combined.  The Dancing Star design is a quick way to make a charming baby quilt, a lap quilt, or full size quilt.  This makes a great top for a gift such as a wedding present.
